The view and the location are incredible! The hotel hitself is beautiful and great. The staff and the service in some of the places at hotel was a bit slow. We really enjoyed ! I do recommend

“Exceptional in every way”

Absolutely amazing resort - we have stayed in some fabulous hotels all across the world but this is truly one of the best we have ever stayed in. The food is exceptional with so much choice, the staff are so helpful and happy. The rooms and facilities are amazing. By far the best all inclusive - truly all inclusive, so may restaurants that feel like you are in a different location and more top shelf cocktails and wine than you can drink!

The property is beautiful and comfortable, I loved the decor, the various pools and how they offer different activities each day (loved the Pilates), special mention to all the staff for being so wonderful and our fantastic butlers for being so attentive and making sure we had everything we needed (Edgar & Erick).

Everything is awesome. Nice place to chill and relax. Delicious food at the restaurants. Perfect rooftop bar. Nice pools. And especially thanks to Irving at rooftop bar. He is so kind and always smiling. Thanks to Wedi and Vianey. And thanks to guy who was at the reception (unfortunately i forgot her name) gave me a tape and print photo for me 🙏🙏

The hotel was simply magical, everything was perfect, great facilities, excellent food, large and spacious rooms, large pools.

“Luxurious and most amazing stay”

Came here for our honeymoon and had the best time. This is a stunning hotel with an amazing view, especially for sunset. We stayed in the signature suite which had a private hot tub on the balcony. All the staff were friendly and accomodating, the facilities were top class and the experience from start to finish was luxurious. There are great restaurants- the hibachi was our favourite. The catamaran transfer is a great way to start. You’ll never want to leave!

Breakfast was great

The Impression all-inclusive luxury resort inaugurated in Isla Mujeres in May 2023 and we stayed in 5 nights mid-August. This is our un-biased (not sponsored) review: Arriving by catamaran from the port of Cancun - Marina Hacienda del Mar - you are greeted by your personal butler - in our case Alexis, whose hospitality exceeded our expectations - who will show you around the hotel and its facilities: A rooftop terrace with infinity pool, 3 pools overlooking the bay, and a magnificent pontoon offering a wave-free beach with turquoise water (and a slide to jump into!). The views are breathtaking you can’t get enough of it (see pictures). Restaurants: SAKE - Japanese fusion where every dish is good (we tried it all). The teppanyaki experience is also a must. WILDFIRE - steakhouse with a wide choice of meats and side dishes. Lobster mac and cheese and entraña highly recommended. SPEZIA - Italian style that has nothing to envy of the restaurants on the Italian coast (where I live). Focaccia, burrata, fritto misto and lobster tagliatelle are a must. LA VISTA and MERCATO offer Mexican and international cuisine, as well as an à la carte breakfast. CACAO - coffee shop with delicious pastries, open 24/24. Bars: UNIK - rooftop cocktail and party bar with DJ ISOLA - lobby bar with a wide selection of cocktails SHARK - friendly pool bar TEMPLE - pre/after dinner terrace with themed nights BEACH - actually a hidden bar with an excellent daily sunbeds service, thanks to the hospitality and proactivity of Elio and José. The ROOMS are spacious, the equipment modern and the materials splendid. Our air-conditioning was faulty, which led to an immediate upgrade, thanks to the responsiveness of Alexis and Muriel at the front desk. ACTIVITIES are listed daily and sent to you via message by your butler. They include: Meditation and yoga, arts and crafts, mixology, sunset watching on a catamaran, live music and romantic dinners.

What isn’t there to like? This hotel by far was the best I’ve seen and I’ve travelled around the world a fair bit. Everywhere you looked it was perfect, you felt the luxury feeling as soon as the boat picks you up. The butler service Omar was fantastic and all staff in the whole resort were exceptional.
