We really like the overall design of the place. We loved the staff attitude and friendliness. The location was perfect for us, allowing us to visit the whole island and be away from the crowd but close enough (even on food - infrastructure not great for walking though) the the Centro. Basic but Tasty breakfast.

“ANNIVERSARY TRIP”

We loved all the smiling, friendly staff and the fresh fruit,pastries,juices & yogurt for breakfast was perfect. The greeters Edwin and Adharra were helpful and fun. The housekeepers were 5 star., very clean rooms and great service! The VIEWS both from the room and rooftop are unmatched. The rooftop pool area is AMAZING. Its center island, so alot quieter than most spots. It faces the carribean side, so is a bit windy, but cool to watch the sunrise and ppl surfing from our patio.! Some ppl complained about the shell shower, but it got hot right away and was decent enough for 2 showers. Bed was comfy, just not for a long sleep (but who wants to sleep long in Mexico, anyways):-) I loved that the hotel was comfortable and not fussy. Felt kinda like home.

The place and the staff were amazing!! The staff was helpful and very friendly!! Our room had the best view, it was great to wake up in the morning with such beautiful sunrise 🌅 The breakfast was very good, similar each morning: fruits, yogurt, bread or croissants. We also loved the rooftop, in the evenings it's a nice place to relax ❤️

The room was stunning, as was the property as a whole and matched the photos! Icaco was attentive and responsive leading up to and during our stay, and assisted with our transport around the island. The breakfast in the room was an extra special touch.

“Cozy stay with a great view from the pool!”

The view at the rooftop swimming pool was astonishing! We had a small problem upon check-in, but the hostess arranged everything right away. She was extremely friendly and helpful; she gave us tips for restaurants and telephone numbers for guided tours. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was simple but very tasteful. 5 minutes from the hotspots of the island.

I loved the location and how charming the place is. The staff is very attentive, always available and ready to answer any questions. I arrived without a car or golf cart, and they immediately arranged taxis for me. Everything was smooth and easy. The island is stunning. I truly recommend this property I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in many places, and this is definitely one I would come back to, either with my partner or family.

The properly was quirky and comfortable it had the cosy homely feel with beautiful decor. The sunset view from the upstairs jacuzzi is amazing

“The most amazing hotel we’ve been to”

This was such a gorgeous hotel! We were in our own building with a kitchenette and sofa downstairs and a bedroom with the most amazing en suite, then a balcony with a much needed hammock. Our stay was absolute bliss, helped by the wonderful staff who go out of their way to help. Adeymar was especially great, attending to our every need and always friendly and chatty.

Location is great, the place is clean and comfy. The breakfast was really good. On top of that, Adeymar is the nicest person on earth, the greatest host you could dream of really!

Room was beautiful and staff incredibly friendly. The rooftop pool was lovely and breakfast was really nice.

The room was quite pleasant and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was super nice. The view from the room, even being at ground level is awesome

“Amazing stay”

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. You can rent a golf car directly from the accomodation. The breakfast is exceptional. It is a little bit from the city centre (15-20 min walking) but we liked the location. Would recommand.
