The hotel has seen better days but is well located and has everything you need. Room has aircon and fridge. Staff is friendly and helpful and speak English.

Central small hotel on Isla Mujeres. Easy check in, comfortable room, quiet location but close to both beaches and the pedestrian street or ferry.

“If you’re in for the island and not the hotel - go for it.”
Great location, just five minutes walking from the port. Close to the beach and all the spots in the northen part of the island. Yet it was very quite and clean.

The hotel was within walking distance from the ferry which made it easy to reach it. It was also within walking distance from activities on the island and shopping

Excellent location near shops & beach but far enough to sleep undisturbed. Rooms are basic but clean and beds are comfy. Manager was so kind and helpful. Fixed a problem with a dribbling shower faucet quickly and apologized a lot despite my friend's borderline rude complaining about it. Front room is a nice place to sit and use good WiFi. Desk clerk kindly corrected a mistake, I made by accidentally double booking on the same date. She sent a refund request immediately without any attitude or attempt to make me pay for my mistake.
