The hotel is very comfortable and the people who work there are super polite and friendly. The food is very tasty and the drinks are perfect.

Food was incredible- each meal I was blown away at the quality Staff were super friendly Bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in We never got sick (yet most times in Mexico I end up with an upset stomach) which I think speaks to the quality of the food

The island is small, so its easy to get a around - not far in a taxi to the main town. Hotel staff were friendly and mostly helpful. Going through a re-brand at the moment, so hopefully things will get better.

Everything we needed was at the hotel. We liked staying away from the busy Centro area. The food was delicious and all of the staff were very helpful and polite. I recommend booking a massage on the beach. It was the perfect way to relax with the sound of the water and the warm breeze.

Stunning location, fabulous food and the staff were kind, accomodating, couldn’t fault the service. Even a fully equipped gym! The bar staff know how to make an excellent marguerita!

best Hotel in Town

“Hotel Belo is a hidden gem. Great value for the $.”

The hotel was beautiful. Seemingly new, and very LGBTQ+ friendly staff, My partner and I loved the pool, both on the rooftop and next to the beach. It has a small private beach, which was great for the morning coffee stroll. The restuarant was good. The service was very good. I would stay there again and would recommned the hotel.
