Location was the only plus. Better spend a few bucks more on Isla Mujeres if you can.

Had everything needed in room, apart from kitchen but I don’t know if there was a public one available as I only stayed 1 night. Great place though, I arrived on the island late at night at around 9/10pm and needed a place for the night. I called the number listed at the property and within 5/10 minutes I had paid and was in my room, the checkout was also easy, the cleaners knocked on and I requested 5 minutes and they gave me enough time to gather my things.

“Quite adequare”
Location was good. Short walk to north beach and cafes/ shop stalls. Good ac. Pretty comfy beds. Good size fridge. Shuttle pickup and drop off from the ferry was welcome. Communication a bit dusty though

“Very comfortable, not far to Playa Norte”
Kitchen was alright, not much to work with, but enough to cook simple meals. Fridge and freezer worked fine. Three beds in one room, very comfortable. AC worked perfectly. TV in the room. Towels provided.
