“A nice reunion of this island that I visited before”

The first thing I check before booking a hotel is what others have written about, for example wifi and internet quality, that there is access to free drinking water, that it is close to restaurants and shops and all of this was met here. However, the internet connection was sometimes weak. But the staff was nice and helpful. I got some help with a new phone and the subscription when my old phone got lost on the trip to the island

“Good location and kind staff”

The hotel has a very good location, close to the ferry station that is very convenient when coming from Cancun with suitcases. It is also very close to Playa Centro and Norte, that are very beautiful beaches in Isla Mujeres. We liked very much the staff, they even allowed us for a earlier check-in as we arrived a bit earlier.

Location is very convenient, close to the piers and the centro! It was clean and it provided good facilities, coffee maker a big thing for me and a welcome coffee kit. Shower worked very well and beds are comfortable. Staff was nice, not overnice ;)

Central location, lovely view as on third floor looking over the sea. Comfortable bed, good shower, a/c, very clean. We are only staying one night so used as a base before the ferry crossing. Might be noisy for some people as on the main road and cars, ferry, shops outside.

Great location and large comfy rooms with excellent shower. Staff were lovely especially Eva who kindly let me check in early. Pool is shaded and cool - had it to myself. Easy access from ferry and to both Playa Nort and Centro
