Overview
This simple and comfortable guest house is located in the centre of the Arousa Island, 35 km from Pontevedra. It offers bright rooms with a private bathroom, 2 minutes’ walk from the port. Rooms at Pensión Rey feature views of the sea or street. All come with a TV, desk and and some rooms also include a small terrace. Towels and sheets are included. The property is located 5 minutes’ walk from various bars, restaurants and shops. You can visit the Carreirón Nature Reserve or enjoy the island’s 11 km of beaches. Free public parking is available near the Rey guest house, which is 30 minutes’ drive from the Meis-Fundación Monte Castrove Golf Resort and 55 minutes’ drive from Vigo.

“Okay for a short stay”
Great location, everything’s close by: restaurants, a grocery store, and a taxi stand. The staff and cleaning ladies were really friendly, even if the language barrier sometimes made things tricky. The room was simple but clean and tidy, and you could borrow a hairdryer if needed. The view from the room was amazing , you could even see the bay and the boats. Definitely worth staying here for the price.

“Great and Comfortable”
The place was in a great location. The room and bathroom were really clean, spacious and comfortable. There was not noise at night and when there was a misunderstanding with my payment everything was sorted quickly and without hesitation. I definitely recommend Pension Rey. The price we paid was fabulous too!

“We want to come back and stay in the same place”
Everything good, clean and easy… the receptionist is the best and gave us the best tips to enjoy the island… we could rent bikes in the pension and cycle around the island …

“Wonderful stay, would go there again anytime!”
My stay at pension Rey was simply wonderful. The direct neighborhood of the building could use a little care, but inside it is spacious and bright with big comfortable rooms. Everything is spatkling clean. Great value for money! Room with garden and harbour view, really lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and there even is a bike rental that belongs to the hotel wirh great choice of bikes to explore the island. I got great advice on which way to go by bike to see the beautiful natural park in the south of the island. Cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. In walking distance to the lighthouse. Warm recommendation!
