“The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun, comfortable and well looked after by the excellent staff.”
Spacious, light and airy plus well designed. The external areas were immaculately maintained and superbly positioned for access to the beach. The staff were , without exception, friendly and helpful. We never felt crowded, and it very easy to find quiet spaces. ‘The Level’ was excellent !

“It was ok but check-in and check-out were both very slow”
Despite online check-in to "save time", we were manually checked-in again on arrival. This took 20 minutes. We requested adjoining rooms so the kids would be with us. We actually got two rooms which were on the same floor but at each end of the hotel. This was far from ideal and no effort was made to meet our request.

Very peaceful and quiet to rest. Location is great for beach activities and eating out in the area. Hotel was very nice and the staff were always wonderful. Family vibes was very present in the pool areas but in a pleasant way.
