I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Akçalı Otel, which is ideally located in the heart of the city. The first impression I had upon arrival was the pristine cleanliness of the hotel. The common areas and my room were immaculately maintained, making for a very pleasant environment. What truly stood out during my stay was the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I checked in, the reception team greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with any questions I had. Throughout my stay, every member of the staff I encountered was polite and eager to make my experience memorable. The central location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.
