excellent. the room is spacious, clean, comfortable. The hotel is equipped with all the facilities you need. Hot tub is great. Food is nice. Friendly and excellent helpful staff!

The breakfast is excellent. Location is convenient, 10 minutes drive to city center.

Lovely room huge bed and plenty of space to spread out. We had 5 nights and found a few local places to eat. The location was out of town but a short taxi ride and you could access the ferries and other amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurants on site were on the pricey side so we chose to go out most nights.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic - they really couldn't do enough for you and were super polite and professional. Breakfast was also great with lots of variety for different tastes. Food at the dinner restaurants was good, if a little overpriced.

Good location, close to the city but not walking distance. spacious rooms i booked an island tour with pricate car, which was useful, even if it was quite expensive.

Room was large

I stayed at Grandvrio Garden Villa (NOT Ocean Wing), because I choose the ground floor, spacious 500+sqft with balcony for the need to dry my snorkelling gear, bathroom is big! Public bath is good.

Great location, good breakfast (ice cream is available). Yakinniku restaurant next to the hotel (must be booked in advance). Pools (indoors and outdoors) and onsen are great for refreshing and washing yourself afrer a day of hiking or exploration. Rooms are big (compared to Tokyo standard) and comfy. Free coffee or juices (afternoon/evening), the mango juice is specially good.
