The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view, though it’s noisy from the main road and about a 25-minute walk to the centre. The kitchen looked good but lacked basics like oil, salt, or tea towels.

Free parking, very nice view from the balcony!

The check in can be done only between 3 and 6.30 pm, it’s really too short for international arrivals. If my flight had been a bit late I would have lost the room for that night. I suggest a method to check in automatically even without the staff at the place. They were kind enough to wait for us for 15 minutes, but after 7 pm I would have been without a room. The view is very beautiful and the apartment is big and clean. However, it’s a 30 minutes walk from the city center, so mind that. In the area there are pretty good restaurants, though.

Big size apartment with amazing view. Location is very convenient, only 5minutes drive to the city center where most shops and restaurants are. Max Value shopping center is 10min drive away, where you can find everything from wine, sashimi, ready made dishes and wonderful fresh ingredients that you can cook in the kitchen. The kitchen had all you need including a microwave. The apartment has a washing machine as well. In Ishigaki you need a rental car, the island cannot be enjoyed without a car. The condominium has free parking space. The best beach is Yonehara, approx. 28min drive. The management is service minded and polite and speaks English. Highly recommended place!

“Fantastic ocean view”

Great ocean view and a large space. Parking if you have a car. Convenience store is walkable distance and a Sri Lankan restaurant onsite.

Nice ocean view. Parking place included. The appartement on the inside looked just renovated, everything was spotless. There was a fridge, microwave oven and a tiny oven. It could use some more stuff in the kitchen, like plates and knifes.

Check in closes at 6:30 pm and my plane was slightly delayed so it was very stressful

The views were excellent and the location was good as long as you have a car but there were bus stops close by. It was really good value for money. We had no issues parking as there were always spots available.

The apartment was spacious. We stayed in 3-bedroom apartment, it was located in the corner of the building. There was plenty of light inside because of two balconies (one big, one small). The rooms were clean and well prepared for our arrival. The kitchen was equipped fine with some very basic kitchenware.

Great location and view. Very spacious apartment, clean and comfortable with free parking. Apartment with washer and dryer. Kind and helpful staff. Several places to eat nearby, we went to "Himawari Shokudou", good food, inexpensive and large portions.
