Lovely peaceful place to stay. Really comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The host went out of his way to help us during our stay. It is a bit out of the town of Iseo so you really would ideally need your own transport - but lovely views across the lake from the accommodation.

“Excellent view and price ratio”

The little hill road to reach the place is narrow, might be a challenge for non experienced drivers. The place is very clean and modern, renovated bathroom, good water pressure. The room had a little balcony to the lakes and it was very rewarding! The staff kindly helped us with wine glasses and the opener, as we wanted to enjoy the view. There are no restaurant nearby. Terrace of the property was open for breakfast and we enjoyed coffee with light food.

It was clean, fantastic location looking over Iseo. Secluded but still easy accessible från town - we walked up the hill and it took no more than 20 minutes. Staff was super friendly, facilities clean and stylish. Breakfast and dinner was divine, and their own wine is a must-try. I fully recommend staying there if you’re visiting Iseo.

It is a beautiful property with a fantastic view, always clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast every day and chose to book dinner on the weekend, all delicious and the staff could not have been more helpful. The property is in a fantastic location, easily accessible from Iseo, about a 10/15 minute walk to the station. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff and owner. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of Lake Iseo is fantastic. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, , the dinner was delicious at a very fair price! Delicious homemade products (jams, wine, etc.).

The breakfast was excellent with a good range of food to choose from. We enjoyed having a drink out on the terrace and taking in the stunning views. The people that run the property care about what they do and it shows.

Real nice location and great panoramic view of the lake. Easy access and good parking facilities. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and occasional dinner provided, of good quality!

The staff ae extremely friendly and helpful specially the lady and the gentlmen in the reception. I remmeber I needed help to fix my powerbank and they provided excellent support. further, the view from the room was heaven.

It's in a nice spot above the town, you don't have to be too fit to walk there and back. The room was small and basic but comfortable and it had a good sized en suite bathroom. Lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was adequate and we had a nice evening meal in the restaurant. They make and sell very nice red and white wine!
