“Spotlessly clean, basic, basement flatlet with easy parking.”
First and most importantly, the flatlet is spotlessly clean and everything provided did work. You get access to a whole flat in the basement of a traditional Maltese style house. The architecture means that it will be naturally cool in summer and needed minimal heating when I was there in winter. Over midday the sun did shine into the flatlet through the small windows below the ceiling (see pictures). The flat has all basic equipment and owner Ryan is very friendly, efficient and responsive to requests for additional items. All my 'start-up' queries (items for the kitchen, a fan, etc) were dealt with to my fullest satisfaction. You are also given the use of the area around the pool. I enjoyed the presence of the many cats. There is plenty easy available on-street parking directly in front of the house which is a rare bonus. The overall price matches well what you get. I will be back next time if property is available.

“A great option for a family, if you have a car”
This is a spacious basement apartment with a separate entrance. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. It includes two bedrooms, a living room and a washroom. The hosts are very nice, and they live upstairs. They made sure not to disturb us and assisted us whenever needed. The swimming pool was a very nice welcome for the hot summer, and we had it for ourselves during the entire stay.

The pool. Climate in the apartment is chill due to the fact that it’s underground. The host was friendly and nice.

Really awesome! The host was really helpful and accomodating to my needs. They even let me stay a few hours past check out as they had no one coming in free of charge 😄 enjoyed the pool as well. Will surely book again.
