“Absolutely horrible.”
Booked 2 nights, left after 1. Room was awful, floor was filthy, room smelt like mould, long dark hairs on the bed, blood stain on the pillow, literal bed bugs. Only reason I gave a 2/10 instead of 1/10 is because the man on reception was lovely.

“Pleasant”
Honestly I’ve seen so many bad reviews about this place but DFW was being a let down and there were severe flight cancellations. This property was still available on booking.com and for a last minute booking and a nights stay, the location is super convenient, the facilities aren’t even bad and the staff is lovely and super helpful. Cannot fault this place it gets the job done. Super spacious considering how much it cost also.

It was a lay over between flights. Served the purpose well - used the shuttle which was very handy (need to call them to get the shuttle out, luckily a airport worker helped us with that as we didnt have a working phone). Had a Danny's Cafe around the corner to get a easy meal with no effort.

The staff were friendly and there was a free shuttle to and from the airport - I wish we’d known that in advance so we could use it to get to the hotel!
