“Really convenient. Great value.”
Very communicative, convenient for the airport, comfortable bed, large room, transfer was good. I had no sim and was slightly worried but the photos they send you prior to the check in had everything you need. No point in ringing the number, just wait and it’ll arrive. Easy the next day.

“No show transportation”
We called the hotel to use their transportation service at the bus stop. And they said they accepted and told us to wait there. But they didn't appear. We had been waiting for them 2 hours. And I made phone calls three times. Finally we decided to use another hotel.

Internet was sketchy. I dropped me right in the middle of a transaction. There were other customers complaining about the same problem. No real solution to problem. Don't advertise what's not available. The bathroom ceiling paint is falling down. The bathtub faucet is leaking. It looks like the was a fight in the tub and the wall got the worst of it.

I always stay at this hotel. Value for money is very good. everything is very good except for the gym: old and without maintenance. The gym is always important for us who travel a lot. The problems are the same as 3 years ago: the bike doesn't work, the treadmill is old and needs more itens like dumbbells. Please invest more in the gym and buy more items and you will be the best option in the area.
