Extremely upset, we canceled 4times as we stayed at Best Western which was lovely, they completely ignored our emails and then deducted $128 from our account, disgusting service,and I shall make sure that the media knows when we get back to Australia. Maureen &L young.

Great value for money. We only learnt about the free shuttle on our 2nd day when we spotted the shuttle outside and spoke to the very friendly driver, this was a great service but something the staff should have communicated on checkin.

The breakfast was ok but much sugar based. It would have been nice to have porridge without sugar and a variety of fresh fruit like bananas.
