“Don’t stay…”
Under renovation, no breakfast other than coffee, the staff were appealing.. absolutely appalling. Rude would be an understatement.

“They ignore you”
The rooms are not bad actually. The shower is fine and the bed is comfortable. It's fine for one night.

NO SHUTTLE SERVICE AND NO STAFF ANSWER THE TELEPHONE CALLS! I waited for more three hours at Dallas airport for the shuttle bus after arrival at the Dallas airport and NO SHUTTLE BUS showed up. I had to take some one’s car to go to the hotel by myself and paid the driver USD30. Once I arrived the hotel, the staff refused to admit or recognise that I paid already when I made reservation by booking.com and forced me to make the 2nd payment (double payments for one reservation) to the hotel, which is totally unfair. Any traveller who Has To Make A Transit at Dallas airport SHOULD definitely and absolutely AVOID, Must Avoid staying at the hotel!!! Otherwise your good emotion for holiday or vacation will be totally destroyed by the poor services of the hotel Indian staffs. I am not activism neither racism but the Indian employees of this hotel seem always absent from their duty at the front desk of the hotel, they just disappeared or did not pick up phone! that was why no one answered the calls of the guests waiting for the shuttle bus at Dallas airport! Too Lazy those Indian staffs!

“Disappointing, mainly because the fitness room was useless, but the bed was comfortable.”
Location was great and the attitude from the staff was friendly. I liked the fact that there was an option to cancel, almost up to the moment of check-in as well as paying on arrival.
