“Room and staff make the place”
Breakfast ok Location not good for trying to walk to restaurants. No pavements. Totally car oriented.

“A good place that's close to DFW Airport with a friendly staff ready to help make your stay pleasant”
I was on a long layover (18 hrs). The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was in the middle of freeways around the airport, but they got the shuttle driver to drop me at a couple of local spots and picked me up when I was done.
