“Will definitely come back”

A friend recommended this place, and it was everything I needed and then some. I booked one night but ended up staying longer. This is a traditional bed and breakfast so I got to share the property with a few other travelers, Witness the property manager and Neema the housekeeping. The homely vibes made my stay even better after a few weeks on the road.

The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with, which made the entire stay feel very welcoming and comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions and where to find delicious, authentic local food. Those personal touches really made the experience special and helped me enjoy the area like a local.

This wasn't my first stay at Winnie's Cozy Home, and it just keeps getting better. The new manager, Witness, Was amazing, arranging a midnight pick up from the bus stop and even preparing breakfast the next morning. The property is beautiful and lush, especial during this rainy season. Truly a relaxing and welcoming place, I will definitely be back.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Also the man that works there (Gaston) was always ready to help us. He picked us up at the bus station, showed us around and was always available and nice company. The place is not far from the centre but very quiet and in a nice environment. There is a good restaurant nearby (sunset hotel and restaurant).

The accommodation definitely deserves the name "cosy home"! We very much enjoyed our stay and had a relaxed time. The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shared space invites you to hang out. Winnie and her brother are very friendly and helpful with whatever you might need. Thanks for everything!

We had a good time here overall and the Staff, Gaston, was very helpful and kind with us. We appreciated his help with everything we needed (he even went to buy the bus tickets to the station for us as we were away). And he’s a funny smiling guy :) The place was very cozy!

The property is located in a lovely neighbourhood. Built over a hill overlooking the Iringa town and conveniently close to the Iringa town centre. It is a very well kept property and the Host has an exceptional personality.

I had a wonderful stay at Winnie’s Cozy Home! Centrally located yet peaceful, it was the perfect place to relax after exploring Iringa. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh highland air. Winnie is an incredible host, warm, welcoming, and full of insights into Iringa’s history and culture. She made sure I had everything I needed, making my stay truly special. If you’re visiting Iringa, I highly recommend Winnie’s Cozy Home. I’ll definitely be back!

It was honestly a spectacular stay, we arrived and were checked in with no issues. Had a great breakfast and when it was time to go Winnie and Gaston made sure we were on the right busses at the right times. We had some excellent conversations over fruit and in the hallways. It is a (max) 25 minute walking distance from plenty of cafes and restaurants in town. Honestly incredible hospitality. We went back for a second stay after our Safari!

As the name suggests, it is a lovely, cozy home that gave such good vibes. Although Winnie wasn't there, her colleague Gaston was super sweet and took care of our needs. The property is gorgeous with so many trees - Gaston even shared some pomegranate with us! It felt like a home away from home. Great value for money!

Winnie made our stay feel like we're with family. She went out of her way to accomodate us, gave us great suggestions on which places to visit and even played cards with us in the evening. A great host!

“Great overnight stay in Iringa”

Was a very unique home 🏠 nestled on a steep hill . Our host was wonderful , extremely welcoming and helpful . Rooms and home clean and comfortable . Breakfast delicious and plenty of it . Good wifi , always important when travelling as an over lander . If you stay there you must walk to Sunset hotel , has fabulous rooftop bar to have drinks meal and watch sunset over Iringa .

Everything was excellent! Winnie was very welcoming and her house is very cozy and beautiful. The room is spacious and the bed is so confortable. There is an amazing hot shower and everything you need. Wifi is really good, we had problems to connect at first and she did everything she could to help us, so that we were able to work without problems. Breakfast is superlative. One of the best stay in our trip in Tanzania.
