Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was a solid 10/10 — incredibly attentive and caring, always making sure I was comfortable and enjoying every moment. They organised such a perfect schedule with so many fun and creative things to do. The location is ideal, the food is amazing, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend!

Though the stay was expensive, but it was worth its money. Very well thoughtfully made program offers a balance between wild nature observation and comfortable hotel stay. I would like to highlight the way that hotel works with customers: every chalet has their own chosen language speaking guide who helps with any question at any time. We were lucky to have very friendly and experienced guide named Fabiano. Me and my wife are very grateful to him and wish him all the best.

The service and the staff (driver, boatman, kitchen, guides) were exceptional. Pick up and drop off was on time. The food was made with care and there was good variety. Room was very relaxing and clean. The lodge itself is nicely built with plenty of spots to lounge and read and relax. The activities offered were good but I think are pretty standard in terms of the itinerary for the area. Again, staff wins this one. Very kind helpful and pleasant people.
