* The villa is well located – 7–10 minutes from the beach, close to Lidl and restaurants. * The layout is nice, the pool is clean and enjoyable, and the lighting in the evenings is lovely. * Beds and furniture were comfortable, and the space was generally clean. * The backyard terrace had a beautiful view (reminded us of Morocco), but unfortunately no table or chairs to use it. * It was mostly quiet, which we appreciated.

Great house with great and clean pool

Things have changed here. A facility management company is taking care of the location, and the service quality has increased compared to other reviews, especially on Google. The guy who took care of the customer service was really proactive and supportive. Just ask and communicate with him, and you will be impressed. He gave us lots of good advices to explore the area.

I accidentally booked this property and realized the mistake within the first 10 minutes. I immediately contacted both the owner and Booking to request a cancellation, but I was unable to obtain a refund. The owner asked for 50% of the total amount in order to cancel the reservation, which I found completely unreasonable — there should be at least a 12-hour grace period for such situations. Possibly this strict policy is due to low demand in the area. In the end, we took responsibility for the mistake and decided to go ahead with the stay. Another important aspect: the property is listed as suitable for 6 adults, but in reality, it can accommodate a maximum of 4. Also, none of the rooms have doors — everything is open-plan, meaning there is no privacy whatsoever. Another major inconvenience: there is a construction site right across the street, where rental houses are being built. Due to the constant noise during the day, it’s nearly impossible to relax by the pool. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this property — unless the issues mentioned above don’t bother you. On a positive note, the villa itself was clean.

“We would return”

The vila has everything you need to cook your own meal. The rooms are spacious and each one has its own bathroom. We asked for baby crib and it was given to us. We came at the end of September and the water in the swimming pool was quite cold,but it was very pleasant to eat outside next to the pool. There wasn’t hot water one morning, but the owner was very helpful and explained what to do,so we were able to take a shower. There is Lidl very close to the property (5min walking) and the beach is one sweet away (5min walking). We would return again,it was very pleasant stay.

I like that it is spacious enough for four people. This is rare in Greece. It is good that at least one of the bedrooms has doors. It has everything you need. The beds are comfortable which is also rare. It has a big refrigerator. It is far away from the Main Street so it is quiet.

Very spacious and clean villa’s with a private and well cleaned/maintained pool in the garden. The villa’s are on a 4-5 minute walk from the central beach and 10 minute drive to the calm beaches. The host is a wonderful and helpful gentleman! Supermarket and main road nearby. Everything a household requires is provided in the villa!

The house is brand new, clean, comfortable and perfect for 4 person. It has 2 bathrooms and 3 air condition. It's 5 min. to the beach by walking.

The villa is located in a quiet area. There is a large Lidl market nearby. The villa is large, clean and fully furnished, it has two bathrooms, which is great if more people are staying. It also has a nice yard. About 6 km from the facility is Ammolofoi Beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in that region.
