This was the best place I’ve ever stayed in my life. We’re so glad we chose this place — Karin and Niko were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. Everything was perfect: the room was spotless, and the beach was just a 1-minute walk away. They helped us with everything we needed. We couldn’t rent a car, but they even drove us to the places we wanted to go. It truly felt like staying with friends rather than just a hotel. Thank you so much for everything, Karin and Niko — we’ll never forget your kindness!

“Clean, comfortable and good staff”

The room was very spacious with a kettle and fridge. There were also plates, dishes and cutlery if you want to buy food to eat in. Karin and Nikos were lovely and helped me find a friend who has not been well. Would highly recommend

Karin is a great host . She really trues to make sure you have a great stay. The accomodation is very clean and very comfortable. The balcony with sea view was very nice to sit in. The shop downstairs also run by Karin and Nikos is very convenient. The location is also good .

Excellent accomodation, truly exceeding my expectations. Warm, friendly hosts - Karin and Nikos - very hospitable and helpful - create almost home like atmosphere and make you feel like a friend rather than a guest. Location just by the beach, close to the supermarket and restaurants. Safe environment, beautiful views, lots of sightseeing opportunities, famous Heraion of Samos a walk away. The room with a large balcony, equipped with a fridge and a kettle. Everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Perfect place to stay, wonderful hosts. I highly recommend the hotel. If I return to Samos (which I hope for), I will definitely stay at Karin and Nikos again.

Karin and Nikos' place is in Iraion, a little town well separated from the airport yet only a short drive from it. The town is pleasantly small and uncrowded, with a little town square and amenities right there: café, rental car, good dining. The hosts manage several comfortable rooms upstairs from the nice shop they operate on the ground floor, selling local wine, olive oil, and a few necessities. The unadorned attractiveness of Karin and Nikos' place and the town itself, the proximity to shore, town square, and nearby hikes, and the warmth and helpfulness of the hosts make their place a wonderful choice.
