“Wonderful stay in a beautiful home”

We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, very clean, and well cared for. Even though it’s close to the airport, you don’t hear anything, which was great. There’s a bakery and a small supermarket just around the corner, which is very convenient. Elena is a lovely and kind host who made everything easy and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I definitely recommend this home to anyone who want their vacation to be an experience to remember. This luxury home has everything that you will might need inside, from outdoor dining area, BBQ, jacuzzi, chromotherapy inside the home with personalised lights as well as all the amenities and appliances to cook. The Seaview from the living room and the bedroom is so beautiful and calming that I didn’t want to leave. I am so sad I had to leave this home, I am definitely going to come back here! Thank you for everything, you have achieved an amazing outcome!

“Better in reality than described. One of the best places we stayed!”

The first thing I must say is that Ethos is better in reality than in photos. Especially the back garden (with the hot tube) is far better in reality than described. The property has a minimal design but you can see that everything was chosen with attention to details and with good sense of decoration. Elena - the owner- is very kind and eager to help. We had a problem with the shower water and in no time she came and solved it. The property is very clean (there is also a lady that cleans and change towels daily). The location is great! It is like 20m from the sea so we could enjoy our afternoon sea bath in front of the house and have dinner in one of the restaurant exactly near us. Also, we were really lucky cause during the week we were in Samos some of musical festivals were taking place:the classical music festival in the Ancient Theater of Pythagoreio, and the music festival in Ireon (it’s only 5 min distance from the house!). The truth is that we should have stayed more days in Samos.

Where to start...The location is unbelievable! From the balcony (front side of the house) you are 5 steps away from the beach. Whereas at the rear the property is totally inclosed with full privacy in a beautiful garden with all the facilities you'll need. It only gets better inside with 2 large bedrooms, smart tv for Netflix etc and all the comforts of ones own home. Defiantly on the list of the Top 3 places I've stayed so far!

newly renovated House right on the beachfront, Elena was very welcoming and accommodating, recommended us amazing restaurants for breakfast and dinner, helped to arrange transfers. house is beautiful and super functional for a family, we wish we could stay more on Samos !

It’s an incredible luxury home conveniently located at the heart of Ireon Village, just 5’ from the airport. It has everything you will might need and the picturesque Ireon has amazing spots to swim, eat or enjoy your coffee from the yard of the home. The hostess is always available and keen on helping with everything we might needed. We enjoyed every aspect of the home and we will definitely come back. I recommend it for a business stay with colleagues, couples, friends and families!

“Super luxury”

Stunning luxury home I recently visited ETHOS Luxury Home for a luxury escape and it was exactly what me and my friends needed. It had all the amenities that you will might need, an amazing outdoor private yard next to the nature, a state of the art jacuzzi that you can enjoy the sky view in it while you can listen to the music you like from the amazing B&W bluetooth speaker they have. The home was very convenient and clean, the kitchen had all the cooking equipment and the views of the sea are so calming from the front side of the home. Elena is a great host, very kind, helpful and immediate with everything that we asked for. We were all so excited and we definitely recommend it to all type of guests, from couples to families.
