The location is good. Has coin laundry at ground floor, if too tired to go far for food, there are restaurants just at ground floor. Cleanliness is good. Good environment, we had good classmates gathering in the unit.

We are a group of 8, and it is very comfy to stay in, chit chat and have games. Excellent location, easy walk to food place and convenient stores. Quiet surroundings and free access to the top floor for a view of Ipoh City.
