The man on the front desk was so helpful and super nice and friendly! He helped get us some food ordered at 1am after we hadn't eaten for 20hrs after being on a terrible bus journey. The room small but super cozy and the bed was only a single but sooo comfy and it had its own bathroom for 12 quid it was a steal!

The staff were really helpful - They ordered a takeaway for us and helped advise about money exchange and the border crossing

Perfect location to the bus terminal - literally across the road! We were able to check in at 5am and the room was clean and had everything we needed! Late check out was super helpful!

Nice, clean, modern hotel opposite bus terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. Access via locked 24 hour staffed reception and own room key access. Payment by cash or card (at no extra cost). Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout. Breakfast available at about (US) $2, but we didn't partake so can't comment on quality. Quiet at night, despite vicinity to bus terminal, however cleaning started too early in the morning and the banging of brooms was far too loud. Ambient temperature, plenty of blankets. Plenty of signs to remind you to save water and switch off lights, even had bins for recycling. Bedroom, despite being small, was roomy with plenty of storage and a separatebin in bedroom. Comfortable bed, good lighting with bedside lamp. Also with bedside table and 2nd table and chair and bin. Bathroom adequate size, excellent hot shower, plenty of hooks for towels.

Superb location, a couple of minutes from the bus terminal of Ipiales. We arrive very late from Popayan and it was great not too have to walk long or having to ride a cab. Same for when we viisted Las Lajas or wanted to go to the border area, being that close really was helpful The staff was super nice and accomodating. They helped us with all our questions and gave us recommendations on what to eat, etc.

Useful location next to the bus station and only 5 mins walk from the town centre. Easy to get a taxi to the border. Although the room was small, it had just about everything needed

Staff were fantastic, always helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, steps away from the bus station and a five minute walk from the center. The room was modern and comfortable with a comfortable bed and plenty of blankets. Lots of storage space and a good clean bathroom. Wifi was good when working.
