Overview
Situated at the top of Ioulida, Kea Village Suites & Villas offer a unique view of Kea’s main town and the Aegean Sea. Built according to the Cycladic architectural style, the complex features self-contained private houses that share a swimming pool. The elegant villas are naturally aired. Both the living room and bedroom open onto large furnished verandas with Aegean Sea views. Wi-Fi is free, and villas come with an LCD TV and hi-fi system. Kea Village Suites & Villas include a modern fully equipped kitchen with built-in electrical appliances and all necessary equipment for at-home cooking. Local wine, traditional treats and bottled water await guests upon arrival. A 15-minute drive from the beach, Kea Village Suites & Villas is 5.5 km from the port of Korissia. The island of Kea is easily reached from Athens, approximately a 1-hour ferry ride from Lavrio port. Enjoy room-serviced traditional breakfast at the comfort of your suite. Parking on the premises is free. After a few minutes’ walk through the cobblestone pavements, you can reach the village square where you can visit the Archaeological Museum, the local market and taste local delicacies.

We were welcomed by a very friendly lady, the accommodation was absolutely spotless clean and had everything we needed. The view of the apartment was spectacular, and its location allowed us to buy coffee and food within just a minute of walking. The central location of the accommodation moreover allowed us to explore the rest of the island with only short driving times.

“Beautiful hotel with lovely views.”
We loved the view and the room’s layout. We had the honeymoon suite and it had everything we needed. A fully equipped kitchenette and well functioning fridge. The outdoor space was beautiful with a dining table and two chairs to enjoy the sea view. One of the best features of our stay were the staff, who were very polite and willing to stay a little longer for us in order not to skip our breakfast. Very much appreciated!

“Highly Recommended”
Very good location close to Ioulida/Chora with an amazing view. The breakfast was great with many healthy choices and the staff especially Thomais were very friendly and helpful. She also gave to our 2 year son a fairytale book in order to remember our visit there. The room was big and very clean, it smelled great with clean sheets and towels.

“The perfect accommodation for Kea”
The location is amazing with breathtaking views of the island and easily accessible by car. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was full of original local goods. The balcony of our room was perfect for relaxing and the concierge (Thomais) was always present and available for anything we needed!
