“An amazing stay”
We had the most incredible experience staying at the Cycladic villa on Kea Island. The mesmerizing sea view from the villa was absolutely breathtaking, and it instantly put us in a state of tranquility. The house itself was beautifully designed, capturing the essence of Cycladic architecture and offering all the modern comforts one could wish for. The attentive hosts made us feel right at home and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the island. Kea Island's charm, combined with the serenity of this villa, created an unforgettable getaway. I can't wait to return and relive this wonderful experience!

“A perfect stay for a family with a car”
This is a lovely, isolated villa, just a couple of minutes drive from Ioulis. It is just off the main road and is readily accessible by car. It has ample parking space. Our host, Mrs Vasileia, was there to greet us with the keys. She had baked us a delicious cake and there was water, orange juice and wine in the fridge and a few kit-kats for the kids! The veranda facing West has a spectacular view of the town, Makronissos and the East coast of Attica. The house has big, spacious rooms and French windows all equiped with window nets. There is a big fridge, an electric kitchen, a washing machine, a hair dryer, three fans, books to read and basically everything a family might need on a holiday. The decoration is very tasteful and there is an extremely helpful, printed guide of the island for the visitor in Greek and English. The wi-fi signal is great. There is also a smart TV with Netflix in the lounge. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Everything was perfectly clean! There is no air conditioning but it is pleasantly cool during the night and we didn't even use the fans. Mrs Vasileia is very polite, discrete and communicable and was more than happy to lend us her phone charger when ours broke. We loved Xyla beach. Spathi and Poisses beaches were also beautiful. Otzias beach can be too crowded.

“you should not miss this house when coming to Kea”
the view is astonishing… you cannot have better sunset views. the house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. Vasileia and her husband are the perfect hosts and provided a lot nice tips and hints
