“Not what I was expecting”
Was pretty close to Kinsmen Beach and Downtown. 2 minutes with the car not walking. Walking was like 8-10 minutes. The owner was very friendly. The kitchen was pretty clean, had a clean new stove and fridge and the bedroom bed was kinda comfortable.
