The reception was excellent, the staff were warm, welcoming and very attentive throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful, well organised and spotlessly clean. I was also really pleased with how convenient it was to charge my car on site, this was a great touch that I'd love to see expanded with more charging points in the future

Perfect location to relax. Fan a great asset in the heat. Private beach and sun loungers and umbrellas super. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and restaurant for breakfast was good

Very nice breakfast. Bus ticket for the Interlaken area was a great asset. A swim in the lake was refreshing.

Beautiful location on the edge of Lake Thun, you can even catch the boat from outside the hotel for the lake cruise. Outside bar is lovely on a sunny afternoon/evening. Breakfast and restaurant are great. Our rooms in the separate residence were quiet with a lovely view from the balcony. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room had everything you could need, rooms are clean and well looked after. Interlaken is just a short bus ride into town and there is lots of info in hotel reception regarding bus and boat timings. Bus stop right outside hotel.

“Excellent Base Location”

It has a convenient location and amazing view of the lake. Even though it is mentioned before, we did not have any issue with mosquitos. There is good breakfast and plenty of parking space, also charger for ev cars.
