Great location

“I love this hotel.”

First of all I really appreciate for staffs’ service . One of them help me pass the critic problem . I ‘m very grateful. View from my balcony is wonderful.

The hotel location is perfect for exploring Interlaken and the surrounding areas. It is very close to the Interlaken West station (<10 min walk), and the start of the main street through to East/Ost. The hotel itself is (ski lodge-style) homely in that (apart from the salon for breakfast) there is a small kitchen and dining area for guests to have their own lunch or dinner, if they wish to save on the expense of nearby restaurants. [A local coop is a 2 min walk.] There is also a small lounge area upstairs for relaxing, and seating on the front porch and room balconies to enjoy the wonderful views. Every staff member was friendly, smiling and patient. Reception was always ready to help with recommendations, directions, and any questions we had. A very special thank you to the manager, Jean-Louis and receptionist Gabriel, who were both so welcoming and helpful. Their hospitality and all of the staff made us feel like we were at home. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We certainly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and the staff were amazing! Loved the way we had a communal area to eat and drink. The views were breathtaking.

A beautiful wood roof hotel, with all necessary facilities. The location is good and close to the West Station. There are several supermakets nearby for daily cosumption.

“Good location but tiny”

Close to the West station and a great area to stay in, the breakfast was fabulous.

Location was excellent. Great having facilities to make tea/coffee and prepare food. Staff extremely accommodating including staff at reception, Andrea in breakfast room and of course Jean-Lou (a real character)

Staff good, location is good and breakfast was good too. They have oven near the lounge area which is very helpful and I wish other hotels provide similar facility.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were cozy, cute, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also really enjoyed the beautiful view from the window. Highly recommended!

“A great place to stay in Interlaken with fab facilities!”

Hotel Rössli worked perfectly for us. We chose this hotel because we wanted something central to tour round the region, and also were attracted by the facilities on offer, including the laundry area, as we had been travelling for a number of days and travelling light. We were also attracted by the idea of having a 24 hour coffee and tea making facility, somewhere to eat takeaways or food that could be heated in the microwave and the use of a fridge. All these worked really well for us and we found the lounge area very comfortable and loved the fact that we could relax in it and watch tv from a huge range of channels. The bedroom was basic but comfortable. What made it the best though was how friendly and helpful everyone was! Oh and the breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice of hot and cold food, enabling my partner and I to have very different choices.

Hotel Rossi truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly every single day with genuine smiles, which made our stay extra special. A heartfelt thank you to Jean Louie for being so kind and welcoming throughout our visit. We absolutely loved our cosy room—it was spotlessly clean and always smelled fresh, making it incredibly comfortable to relax in. Despite being a 2-star hotel, it offers so much more than just a place to sleep. The lounge area is perfect for unwinding, and there’s a lovely space to enjoy meals. The breakfast was also very good—simple, fresh, and a great way to start the day. We especially appreciated the open coffee and tea bar available all day, which added a thoughtful and generous touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights whilst I explored the region and I cannot recommend it enough. The hotel itself is in a great location, it’s clean, the kitchen facilities were a great benefit especially being solo but most of all the staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and they remembered my order and had it ready every morning! I stayed in a single room with external bathroom which was right facing my room and was no problem. Jean-Louis the owner was there when I checked out and it was nice to hear how it’s a family run hotel and they do their upmost to make their guests feel welcome! Definitely going to stay here again when I return to Switzerland.

“They have a "vacuum cleaner"”

Everything was clean and everything worked. Staff was friendly and helpful. For Switzerland and especially Interlaken, the price for a room is definitely low (actually, I don't understand why tourists come to Interlaken - there are many nicer places in CH). I was on a price-sensitive trip and thus, booked it.
