Stayed at this lovely hotel and had such a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — directly opposite the train station and bus station, which made everything so convenient. The service was amazing from start to finish. A special thank you to the owner Andre, and the lovely Italian girl. They were exceptional — incredibly warm, helpful and genuinely caring. My colleague had an issue with the hotel he was staying at, and because I couldn’t speak the local Swiss language, the boss personally contacted the hotel for me and went above and beyond to help. That level of kindness and support really meant a lot. I absolutely loved the view from my room, waking up to the mountains every morning was unforgettable. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of food, and it was beautifully served with the most stunning mountain view, making every morning feel extra special. Great value for money and a place I would happily come back to again. Highly recommend!

The location is just across the street from the train station. It's perfect if you have big luggages. The room is clean & comfortable with good space. We got the view facing Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. So it's amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is on the 5th floor with great views and variety of food. Strongly recommend this place.

The location was perfect as it was right across the train station, parking was next to the train station, there was a market right next to the hotel, and it was walking disatnce to pretty much everything as it was located in the center. The breakfast was superb and it was located on the rooftop. Big selection of sorts, warm greetings, and amazing views.

Located close to the Interlaken West Railway station and Bus station makes travelling so easy . Plenty of Arab and Indian restaurants so easy access to Halal food. Comfortable clean rooms and bathrooms
