Location to train station and an easy walk into town. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

The location is fantastic next to the train station for easy access to trains and other places. Anna in the bar was very good. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean and modern.

Room was nice and comfortable but photos of it online make it look better than what it is. Not bagging out the room as i still liked it but just felt not as good because of that. Breakfast was awesome i must say, super tasty and staff were pretty good also

Spacious rooms, easy checkin, quick response, good location. Staff were happy and all spoke very good english. Beds were very comfy, shower was amazing.

Excellent location, right next to Interlaken West train station and bus station. Got a free pass from the hotel for public transport around Interlaken which we used to get to the Caves on the bus. Very easy. We also used the train to go to Interlaken Ost when we couldn't be bothered to walk. We had a wonderful view from our room. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Would definately recommend this hotel.

“excellent value and location”
Superb location literally on the train station platform and adjacent to the bus terminus. 5 minute walk into centre of town. Despite proximity to transport there was no evidence of this in the rooms. Very good breakfast and handy for some food shopping if you don't want to pay the extortionate prices for local restaurants.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, with the train station just outside the doorstep. It is located in the heart of Interlaken West. We had a room with a mountain view, and it was beautiful. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices.
