The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was also decorated 👍🏻 Quiet location, but far from everything. Beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was just perfect ☺️

My stay was far too short, just a weekend. The location is absolutely stunning, with a 10/10 view. Everything was impeccably clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to coming back

Very good location. Still within the city but uphill, so feels like countryside. Close to the cable car station. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great choice including freshly made eggs and pancakes. Free parking, some places under the roof, so less work in the morning when snowing. Amazing view from our room. Balcony with a swinging chair. Large bathroom (however shower would be better than a bathtub).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed everything about it. The rooms were comfortable, well-designed, and very cozy. The location was perfect — convenient and close to everything we needed. The cleanliness was outstanding and truly at the highest level. Our room was cleaned every day, and even though we stayed only five nights, the bed linen was changed during our stay, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel welcome and at home. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again!

Lovely small hotel close to Nordketten bahn. Rooms were nice, spacious, clean and mountain view over the Innsbruck amazing. Beds were comfortable and breakfast 5 star with very good selection even fresh fruit and berries. Free parking is available just outside. We had this as a base while skiing over the weekend in the region. Hosts vere very friendly and accommodating.

It was so cosy, so clean, renovated, comfortable, quiet. The view was stunning, especially the snowy grounds, breakfast was superb, the hostess so friendly. The bed was so comfortable, and the hall was arranged with modern and old stuff depicting the history of the house.

We really appreciated how close the hotel is to the town centre while still feeling peaceful and surrounded by nature. The staff were genuinely helpful, and the easy check-in made things so much smoother.

Stunning location, 25 min walk to the cable car up to the top of Innsbruck or the train down to the centre. Lovely big room, big bed and nice bathroom. Balcony was nice to sit out after a long day of walking. The breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE! I've never stayed anywhere with much on offer, the cold buffet was extensive and the highlight of our visit, the fresh fruit was very welcome. All the morning staff were very nice, helpful and happy to speak English as our German is pretty bad even though we try. The welcome card is really useful for discounts and travel. On the day of my birthday we return back to the room to a lovely gift box of chocolates ❤️

Very comfortable room, great bed, spotlessly clean, amazing breakfast, and nestled in some absolutely incredible scenery. The owner Stephanie, was lovely, very helpful with info about getting around Innsbruck. The only thing to bear in mind (and this can either be a positive or a negative depending on what you want) is that there is a 1.8km walk to the bus stop to get into town and there wasn't many other food options open when we were there.
