“It’s what a hotel should look and feel like”
Clean, comfy, pretty, nice shower, coffee machine and really exceptionally friendly staff. Seems like the people who actually like their jobs 😁 would recommend and return any day.

“Safe, Clean, Modern”
We had a great experience there! The hotel is in a very clean and safe district! We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant out, but it also looked great! The bed, room, and bath were clean and well organized! The location is just next to the promenade, next to the river.

“Immaculate hotel with kind, friendly staff.”
This was my 3rd time staying at Rufi’s Hotel. All staff are very friendly and kind. The interactions with members of staff were always lovely. The room and facilities were excellent and as we stayed on the 6th floor the view of the snow capped mountains was stunning.

“Fabulous service and comfy beds at the edge of Innsbruck”
The service was exceptional. The beds were comfortable and the room size was huge. Staff were super delicious and the restaurant had delicious pizza and a very lively evening vibe.
