“Gem of a hotel.”

This was a lovely gem of a family hotel, no way we could fault it, breakfasts were great, relaxing atmosphere.

I loved everything about the hotel I stayed in. It’s only a 19-minute bus ride from Innsbruck Station, plus a short 5-minute walk, so it was very convenient. Check-in was easy, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the bread and honey were especially delicious.

You get welcomed better than many places you stay. I have spent 4 to 6 weeks in Alp hotels since year 2000, like 26 years in a row now. Some places don't really care and some do. I guess it has to do if your guests are a part of what you do in life, or only a as a worker.

Really cosy hotel in a perfect location to explore Innsbruck and the mountains. The staff were very friendly and really happy to give recommendations and advice about attractions and travel. The room was clean and warm and the breakfast was delicious. Could not ask for a better experience.

Couldn't fault this hotel, it was very quaint, clean and comfortable, with great views from the balcony. The man on reception was helpful and even lent me the use of a bottle opener during my stay. The room was clean and tidy and the balcony was fantastic, with views of the wooded mountain, which was ideal for sitting in the sun in the afternoon. The bus stop was literally 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the J bus into Innsbruck was very frequent and reliable (you just have to purchase a ticket from the machine at the bus stop). Innsbruck itself is a lovely place that is very picturesque with the backdrop of the snowy mountains.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel and like the first time I still rate the hotel and staff the same as last time it was fantastic and I would definitely go there again

Perfect hotel. Out of the main Innsbruck city area but in a lovely location a quick bus to the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also great

Everything was perfect and better than expected, nice breakfast, spaceous room with balcony with greatest view. Location also great if you have car everything is close by.

We stayed one night and enjoyed a spacious room for 3 with new decor and good beds. Amazing mountain views from every balcony.

Beautiful mountain view. Very clean room. Bus every 10 minutes to Innsbruck and return from 200 metres away. Hotels and restaurants close by. Small fridge in the room.I always like a kettle in the room but I only had to ask for one to use. Very helpful and kind staff. If staying 2 nights or more there is a pass the reception email to you for free public transport. Parking on site a huge plus. Very employable stay.
