Excellent communication from the staff, especially as we had an unexpected late arrival. The hotel has a classic Austrian feel, enormous room, easy parking, top breakfast, and genuine staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and meal at the hotel restaurant.

“We would definitely recommend this hotel.”
Great location with an amazing mountain view. The hotel dates back to a time when rooms were designed to be more spacious, unlike those in modern hotels. We appreciated this a lot, staying with two children. The old fashioned furniture provided us a very cozy atmosphere. Good breakfast and a very lovely personnel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a bathroom featuring warm curtains, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The food was delicious and overall the atmosphere was very pleasant.

“Nice respite from the busyness of Innsbruck”
Loved the location- it was a little out of Innsbruck, but provided free parking which was a plus for us. Room was a reasonable size, very clean although perhaps a little dated. The elevator was a life saver given our heavy luggage. No kettle or safe in the room, but not really a problem for us, and the breakfast was especially good- hot and cold options available! Staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions.
