The Hotel Grauer Bär is located in the city centre of Innsbruck, just a 2-minute walk from the historic Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms and a spa area with a panoramic swimming pool on the fifth floor. There are 2 restaurants and a hotel bar. From the breakfast room and the spa area of the Grauer Bär Hotel, you can enjoy panoramic views over the roofs of Innsbruck and the surrounding Tyrolean mountain scenery. The Woodfire restaurant serves steak specialities, including dry aged beef. The reception area has been completely renovated in July 2014.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfy, well-designed room and a good bed. The bar was sadly empty but we were welcomed by the barman and made to feel at home.

great experience. Spa pool were fun to do. Very modern and in a good area, everything was in easy walking distance and right by the business school. Staff were very helpful and liked the modern room.

“Very good staff and nice spa area”
The staff were great and I enjoyed the facilities. Additionally, on my final day in Innsbruck I suffered an accident which left me hospitalised, the staff made sure to clean my room and store all my stuff and were a delight when I needed the help. Thank you to a great team.

Very close to Old Town and shops. Nearby public transport, which was free with Welcome Card. Very good breakfastbuffet. Everything you can think of, was available. Very great: The spa on the rooftop!

“Good hotel - could be great!”
We always stay at this hotel when we visit Innsbruck. Fabulous location with convenient (public) underground parking with direct access to the hotel. Rooms have everything you need and breakfast has an extensive buffet selection which is regularly replenished. Old town just a couple of minutes walk.

The reception staff was polite, kind and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and has everything from iron desk, iron to kettle for Coffee and hot tea. I had the room with the nice view on the 4th floor. Wellness and spa area are excelent. The breakfast was one of the Best I ever had in the hotel. The black girl with the glasses in the restaurant was so kind and polite. Location is just perfect! Close to the old city and shopping malls!
