Property is excellently located in a quiet village not too far from Innsbruck. The hosts, Margit and Franz, were always so helpful offering us advice on places to visit and where to eat. The property is very comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. Super comfortable bed. Use of WiFi included and there's a parking space just by the property. I am sure that we will be back there.

“A wonderful apartment for a couple!”

A wonderful apartment for two people that is a two minute walk to the nearest ski resort and a five minute walk to the town’s amenities. Compact kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable seating with a separate dining area. Large comfy bed with a spacious bathroom. Had access to an outdoor seating area and garden. A very friendly and helpful owner who took the time to make us feel welcome and was a font of knowledge of what to do in the local area. Having stayed at numerous properties in the last four years, we would highly recommend staying at this property.

“Great hosts, location, and apartment!”

Margit and Franz are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly kind, even picking us up/dropping us off at the train station. They coordinated welcome cards for us, which gave us free transport in the area. They made sure we had everything we needed, and provided information on skiing nearby, the christmas markets, food to try, and restaurants/cafes to visit. The apartment is great - very clean and comfortable, it stayed very warm despite the outside temperatures. The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was also handled noise very well, and kept light out, so it was nice and quiet/dark at night. The location was wonderful - easy access into Innsbruck and to local ski resorts. Can't say enough good things - we really enjoyed our stay here. Good wifi too!

“Great experience”

It was amazing. Margit and Franz were both lovely, kind, helpful, efficient and generous. The house was beautiful and very clean and the location was stunning and quiet. The kitchen was more than fully equipped, the bed was so comfortable and the garden was peaceful. The decoration was made of wood that smelled so great. Margit and Franz spent time showing us the maps of the area, hiking paths, the mountains and lakes. They had the patience to help us download an App that helped us a lot with bus and train lines and their prices. Recommendations were great. They were both fluent in English so that helped us communicate better. We had lovely holiday there and we'll go back for sure. Great experience!

We spent a wonderful time there! Margit and Franz are very kind and we were welcomed warmly. The apartment is very well equiped, you have everything you need and even more. The place is quiet with a beautiful garden, perfect to drink a beer outside! The hosts recommended a lot of place to visit, in the city and in the mountains. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are supermarket and bakery accessible on foot. Thank you Franz and Margit!

The location is great as a starting point for your trails to the mountains. Margit and Franz are super kind and were always helpful with their recommendation for hiking trails. Thanks to them were our vacation so smooth.

We loved our stay in this apartment! Clean, cosy and with really welcoming hosts. Everything worked very smooth. The village is nice and there's a lot of beautiful hiking nearby. We really recommend this place!

“Amazing Alpine Accomodation. Do yourself a favour and stay here.”

Loved staying in this authentic alpine accomodation. It was just on the bottom of a mountain with a ski lift. We spent one day in Innsbruck and were so happy to come back to our accomodation up on the mountain. Fresh air, and more open up here. Only a 10 minute drive from Innsbruck. You also get a free bus pass into town. The accomodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and stay here 10/10! Such warm, friendly and inviting hosts. When I come back, I will be staying here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent accommodation. Very good ski lift location nearby. The cleanliness is excellent. The hosts are attentive and try to help solve any problems. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a great time.
