Apartment was indeed spacious. Although we didn't see owner, he was prepared - manual on the table, little helpful signs in the apartment. Also I loved small gestures - coffee, laundry detergent, etc were available.

Nice and well-equipped apartment located right next to the university and very close to the historical centre. Recommended. The entrance is shared with the Irish pub on the ground floor.
