Lovely apartment Located near tram stop

“Very good apartment, Close to train station, close to city centrum.”

Close to train station 15min. of walk. Close to city centrum. Quiet place. We borrow car and it is not possible parking before building. But we owner told we can parking close to another building what was 3-5min, of walk.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very close to the Central Station and city centre. Owner is helpful and always in touch. Also amazing view of the mountains from the windows! Great apartment!

Tanya was lovely, greeted us on check in to show us around - she did very well communicating with us given we only speak English ☺️ The unit is on top of a co-working space, we were here on the weekend so noone was around but Monday morning was busy when we checked out. Beautiful, clean and spacious. The bed is a sofa bed but is actually very comfy! Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom spacious, clean and good shower/water pressure. Walking distance is about 15mins to the old town and train station.

Tanya and her husband were lovely, we booked last minute so our room wasn’t quite ready, but offered a glass or two of wine and a lovely chat It was no problem to store or bikes safely inside the building. The bedsit had good facilities, decor was a tad unusual. Nice we could open the windows, nice views from them all too.

This was one of those cases when both the apartment and the hosts exceeded all expectations. I booked this place for my parents — they are still active, but already of respectable age — and thanks to the exceptional support from Tanya and the host Walter, their visit to Innsbruck became a wonderful, stress-free adventure full of impressions. Even while my parents were still on their way, Tanya arranged and sent them a QR code for free use of local public transport — it was incredibly convenient and helpful. Upon arrival, Walter met them at the building, showed them where to leave their luggage and offered a cozy lobby with coffee to rest while waiting for check-in. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed. The additional option of a fold-out bed came in handy — for older people it was really comfortable to have the possibility to rest on separate beds. The location is easy to reach from Innsbruck main train station, and all main tourist attractions are nearby. Beautiful view from the window, and the hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay.

“Perfect location, clean, great value”

Loved the location—about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Innsbruck Hbf. The host provided a designated space to store our ski and snowboard equipment, and most importantly, the Innsbruck Welcome Card. The apartment is pretty basic but had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Highly recommended!

Good sized room, very modern and a large spacious bathroom. Our host Tanya was very helpful, and the location was just a short walk from the town center. As an added bonus there was a fantastic view of the mountains from the room too.

“Horrible People, Please don't stay - Please don't STAY”

Nothing , Horrible, staff told me to clean dish before I left, clean the floor with the injury, told them I got injured but they NO, do it or pay extra...HORRIBLE, need my complete refund for 2 days stay. No shampoo, no soap, outside so noisy, can't able to sleep, construction of some stuff... Need my refund, not because of Noise, because you made me clean dishes and floor...NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL...
