This would be a 10/10 if it had not been for a staff member's comments. The property itself is really nice, they let me check in early and they have a free car parking space right outside their door. The location is perfect, just a short walk into the city and right on the river. The breakfast was also very good.

The outstanding feature of this hotel is the kind and helpful staff. It’s also has a very peaceful ambience and beautiful views of the mountains. An excellent breakfast, with meats, cheeses and fruit; also the option of cooked eggs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, Comfortable beds, Clean, Car parking included, not inside the historical centre but walking distance is ok. Very close to Alpenzoo.

“Not recommended”

We booked a room in April, when the temperature outside was 8C degree The room had extremely bad heat insulation of the extern walls and the heater in the room was running only for a short time during the day, since the hotel's team switched off the central heating system in the early evening. We have set the heater in the room at lhe level 5, but it generated heating as a level 2. Also one can hear very loud all the noise from the hall and neighbour rooms.

I loved the inn, very organized, attentive staff, comfortable room, perfect location, close to the center but in a quieter area. The breakfast was simple but delicious!

It’s in a great location to walk into the centre of Innsbruck. Clean and well kept.

“Incredible Hotel in a great location”

Amazing view of the mountains in the distance. A very comfortable bed and the sound of flowing water next to the room was calming. Lovely welcoming family who owned the hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and allowed us into the room slightly early which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the room was a large family room, and very clean. Hot shower was a plus too.
