Receptionists were so nice, professional and funny, Place was clean and fit with all you might need, jacuzzi, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen crispy clean, just all good vibe

“A great aparthotel for exploring Alsace”

This is the best aparthotel we've ever stayed in. It has two air conditioners, two closets, a large kitchen table, a well-stocked kitchenware set, separate bathrooms and toilets, and ample free private parking. There's a large supermarket, E-Leclerc Drive, nearby. It's clean, no mold, and everything looks brand new.

“Disappointing stay - lack of respect and professionalism”

We stayed for 2 nights at Résidence Les Rives de la Fecht in Colmar with a child and a dog. The property itself is decent, the food was reasonable, and overall it offers good value for money. Unfortunately, our overall experience was very negative due to several serious issues.

We liked the easy and available parking, the kitchen and cooking/ drinking utensils in the room, the little private terrace outside and the proximity to the city. The hotel also featured a nice restaurant and pool area (but we unfortunately had no time to try them).

Nice area with free parking; easy to reach, no traffic and not too far from the city centre (also possible to reach by bus); pet friendly residence: your pet can actually enjoy the coutry side outdoors.

They asked what we liked, and honestly the only thing they mentioned was “the forest area.” But even that wasn’t something we enjoyed. What you see online and what you experience in reality are completely different.

It was a great size for five of us and very clean and in a convenient location. We could get to Colmar city center on the bus.

Very pleasant 2-bed small apartment on a complex of apartments in a peaceful location. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a small balcony also which was pleasant to use. The free on-site pool and sauna were a godsend after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The on-site restaurant was good. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
