Very welcoming, a lovely place to stay for a few days, and good value

Really enjoyed my stay here, everybody is friendly and helpful. Shashi and his family take care that you feel very welcome 😊 Nice quiet beach to relax and calm down, breakfast is served on the terrace or balcony. There is a beachside restaurant with sunbeds where you can have cooled drinks, lunch or dinner.

“Peaceful house on the beach”

Exceptional service, attentive and warm attitude. Both the house and its location invite you to a happy, slow living that just winds you down. It is located just on the beach, no need to cross the road or rail tracks to access the water. With only four rooms, the common area is never crowded. The sea is calmer in the morning allowing a swim. The food is of excellent quality, prepared with care and great value for money and served on the beach. The whole beach is quiet and calm, away from the hustle of welligama or unawatuna.

PERFECT 10. From welcome drink, nice room with all needed, great food and beach that is really hard to describe woth words. All was outstanding. All staff was super friendly and nice. We are so happy to decided to stay here <3

The natural quiet beach front location with amazing food, staff and Long Island ice tea cocktails! Perfect holiday ingredients. Come and stay. You won’t be disappointed!

The location is awesome, right next to the beach. The host was very friendly and kind, breakfast was always on time and delicious, helped us with tuktuk, river safari, rental bikes. The restaurant always served us customised food and tea. Very happy with the stay and staff

Sea View Villa is located directly at a nice beach nested in a tropical garden. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our visit very much!

The place is located right on the beach. Superb view especially from the room on the second floor, but ground floor views is also amazing. Very quiet over night, super noise isolation. Recently built(or seriously renovated). The family that is running this place are unbelievably helpful and kind, and will make sure your stay is maximum comfortable for you

The hotel was a nice little hotel, the staff was really friendly, considerate and helpful. The room we stayed in was brand new. The beach was amazing, very calm and you could swim well in the sea.

There are no words to describe this place—just book it and experience it yourself! Cleanliness is top-notch, meeting European standards. Sea View Villa truly feels like heaven on earth, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that.

“Great room and location with exclusive feel!”

The property is beach front and has a very exclusive feel! There is a sun lounger on the beach for each apartment. The host was lovely and arranged laundry for us. The breakfast was really nice but we couldn’t eat it all!

Everything. Value for money. Location .private beach , too peaceful and luxurious. Foods are extremely delicious and so friendly and welcoming the owners Nd caretakers were. Had an amazing stay there. Highly recommended

Large room and bathroom. Nice and peaceful location. Very nice beach. Excellent sunset view. Friendly (but quite inexperienced) staff, they kindly offered us to taste fresh juice from the coconut trees (from which they make the local arak drink).

I really liked the beautiful beach. They gave us free sunbeds to use. If you come to this hotel, don't forget to eat seafood from the oven here. It's very delicious.
