“American Road Trip”
The beds were comfy and the staff were helpful and professional. The hotel is convenient for several restaurants and the one we went to on our second night was within walking distance.

“Friendlier, more helpful staff will do. Better breakfast service is needed. Clean the rooms every 3 days because a 7-day”
The room was not well cleaned when we entered. Bits of stuff on the floor and the shower glass was not clear.

“Very disappointed. My father's room had bed bugs. He was bit all over. The hotel refused to refund.”
The room that my father stayed in had bed bugs! He was bitten all over throughout the night and had various bites. He wasn't able to sleep that night. The hotel moved him to a different room but then refused to reimburse us for his bed-bug room. Unacceptable. No one should have to pay for a hotel room with bed bugs! We then had to pay to have all of our clothes cleaned for fear of bringing the bed bugs back to our home.

“Great value for the price. Welcoming staff and good location.”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money. Easy drive from the Cleveland Clinic. I felt very safe staying there. The room was huge and very clean. The only drawback was that breakfast was sparse. I was able to take some breakfast bars and coffee to go.
