Arrived no one was at the desk for 45 minutes Pool facilities were all closed without b warning Returned again to check in no room was cleaned and I was given a refund at night

“Very big dissatisfaction”
It's just horrible. I didn't even realize that this could happen in a hotel. The rooms are not cleaned. Either boiling water flows from the tap that you can't wash, or ice water. And the worst thing is the fleas that bit me all the time. I had to leave the hotel early. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Musky/ pet smell in room , no washroom exhaust, towel had lipstick stain on it and overall not a fresh feel in the room. Felt more like a Motel.

“disgusting service”
I really didn't like that Preston was irresponsible towards the client. He behaved impudently and unprofessionally. His behavior towards the client is unacceptable. He was wrong and simply said "sorry" and asked "what now". He behaved as if he was doing me a favor by getting me into a room faster than expected for my money. Pay attention to this. He needs to learn how to communicate with customers. And I think he has no place in the service industry, especially in working with people.

It was ideal for what we needed. Right near to the highway. Didn't really use any of the facilities because we weren't there long enough.

Hotel was undergoing refurbishment so bit of a building site. Redecoration done badly, wallpaper hanging off the walls, base board missing.

“Wouldn’t stay again. Way too dirty, I guess that’s why it was so cheap”
Very dirty. The floors were dirty in the room, under the beds was absolutely disgusting. Full of dust bunnies and trash. The pool had a bunch of hairs in it and the hot tub had what looked like baby poop in it
