We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Home Terra Roca! The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was simply amazing – clean, private, and BIG. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts – the owner and his family were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We had the chance to visit their wine cellar and enjoy a lovely wine tasting evening. As a special touch, the owner even cooked us a delicious traditional dinner – such a thoughtful and memorable experience! Their hospitality made us feel right at home. This is definitely a place we’d love to come back to.

This is a wonderful place to calm down and relax in quietness. The house is very spacious and the pool is very big. It is so comfortable and cozy! The garden and surroundings are beautiful. We spent their time with two kids and didn't missed anything. I'd like to thank the hosts for the warm welcome and delicious wine and food they provided. I've been overwhelmed by their kindness and attention. Hope to come there again!

“The Best Villa for Holidays”

We stayed here 9 sunny 🌞 days and we are delighted with the cleanliness of the house as well as all the amenities for children.The villa is exceptionally well-maintained,beautifully situated around the view of the mountains and silence.When we arrived,the owner and his wife were waiting for us with their traditional snacks,cheese,olives,bread,prust,wine and some samples of slivovica and other traditional sample of drinks.The owner was very helpful and available all the time and getting in touch with him was phenomenal. Also a great base for trips to many places,for example Baska Voda 15 min or Split old town 45 min.The villa is prepared with heart and very well maintained. It allowed us to spend a dream holiday.I do not need to add my own photos because all the photos in the owner's description reflect the house phenomenally. The game room in the garage was amazin perfect for adults and kids the equipment itself was high quality and everything gave a hint of adrenaline,great for a competition😁.The available barbecue area with a full kitchen and bathroom was also a big advantage perfect for preparing food for your barbecue. To sum everything up, the house exceeded our expectations and high culture and great contact with the hosts we very much enjoyed our stay thank you ❤️🔥❤️
