Overview
Just a 10-minute walk from the banks of Lake Alpsee, this Bavarian hotel offers panoramic views of the Konstanz Valley. It offers a sauna. The renovated rooms at Rothenfels Hotel & Panorama Restaurant offer views of the lake, and are equipped with satellite TV and telephone. All rooms have a private bathroom. A breakfast buffet is available at the Panorama-Hotel, and Bavarian specialities using regional products are served in the evenings. Drinks can be enjoyed on the quiet terrace. The scenic countryside around Immenstadt im Allgäu is ideal for hiking and cycling, and guests can go canoeing at the lake. In the winter months there are several ski slopes nearby. Immenstadt im Allgäu Train Station is 2 km away and free parking is provided.

“Happy hotel”
Breakfast was really great and all of the staff we met were really happy and friendly. It is also an EC bus stop (drop off only) which we didn't know.

“Stayed here with the whole family - highly recommended !”
It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel seems to be owner-operated and they really care for their customers. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the great breakfast. Highly recommend it !

Booked this hotel as it showed a restaurant on site. After traveling all day, arrived to find it had been closed for some time, we walked for an hour to the other off site locations only to find them to be closed. Mentioned it at reception only to be greeted by a shrug of the shoulders. Ended up eating crisps and beer from reception fridge 😡.

This is a gem of a place, with views over the lake to die for. The room and hotel is of an era, but everything is well maintained and it was clean. It was a real shame that I stayed during really awful weather - so the view I had from my balcony was non existent in the evening I arrived. Even in bad weather though, it’s still an incredible spot.

Location, room size, view, cleanliness, friendly staff, quiet, balcony, very good windows, solid and soundproof door to the room. Breakfast selection and quality of food and drinks decent. OJ was really an OJ and not counted water with too much sugar (nowadays quite rare).

The view was nice. I was surprised at how nice the sauna was! It was exactly what one needs after a day in the snow. The hotel is not the newest but has a lot of charm. I recommend to everyone who stops by.
