“Mixed feelings”
By far the best thing about this hotel is the location. Immenstadt is perfectly placed for exploring the Allgäu region, and this hotel is perfectly placed in Immenstadt - close to the railway station and with a lot of cosy restaurants/cafes nearby. Another positive thing is that the contactless check-in / check-out and door opening via the app really works! We were a bit concerned before our arrival as we read some reviews from people who failed to make it work, but it seems the hotel management invested a lot into improving the user interface and now it functions flawlessly - at least it did so during our stay. The staff seen during breakfast were nice and friendly. The hotel is generally clean and nicely decorated.
