The location is great with a nice terrace viewing the lake. Pity for us we were at work and could not use the terrace during the day. Apartment is fully equipped with all you need and very comfortable. The owner was so nice and took care we get complete instructions to reach the location and also provide a garage for the car.

A great location with only a 15min walk to lake and restaurants. The balcony is a great asset overlooking the lake and mountains in the distance. We were a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Great space for all of us. Philipp was a great host and provided excellent communication to ensure we had clear instructions on the apartment and surrounding area. Guest book a real asset. We would return in the future.

Beautiful Apartment with great view of the lake. Friendly host, Mr. Philip who assisted us with all info prior to the stay. He even gave us recommendations on the attractions at Bodensee and was a great help. Thank you Philip. We will be back and wish you the best :)
