Overview
Surrounded by Imbassaí Beach, Imbassaí River and a lagoon, Lujimba offers a pleasant setting with rich vegetation. It features private rooms and dormitories, a communal kitchen and yoga classes. Free WiFi is available. The beach and the river are 500 metres from Imbassaí Pousada Hostel Lujimba. The hostel's garden is full of coconut and other fruit trees, and small wild animals can be watched there. “absolutely lovely, great private & spacious dorm”
A wonderful and peaceful place tucked away a 10 min walk from the little town and busier area. I loved the lush garden, the little balconies and the dorm is spacious, has hooks, shelves, plugs, sturdy comfortable beds with a private light and a private ensuite bathroom which really adds to the whole quality of stay. Breakfast ist plenty and served under a roof in an outdoor garden area. As a veg, they even made me a veggy sandwhich without any fuss. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well kept. Roberto is a fabulous, fun and kind host, he was around all the time making sure people were attended to. The river is really close and a great morning swim on the way to the beach. I had a fantastic and very relaxed few days here - obrigada!

The owner gave us a upgrade, which was a great surprise. Hostel walking distance from the beach/river, supermarket & restos/bars.
